Feel Good, Human (FGH) is a non-profit marketplace that provides good-doers with business incubation support, content production, and spaces to work, connect, and build community

We’re looking for a Media Producer that can help us tell the story of the entrepreneurs and creators working to bring on positive change in a documentary-style series for web distribution. 

Our early start-up environment provides opportunities for role evolution and quick growth into leadership positions if desired.

Job Description

The Web Docuseries Producer spearheads the production of a documentary-style series of content that centers around the journey of the entrepreneurs and creators who are trying to bring their positive ideas to fruition. The content would ideally be distributed both as video and podcast and should serve as a window for the audience to understand what motivates creators to take a risk and how they find ways to change the world around them in more compassionate, conscious, and responsible ways.

The Web Docuseries Producer drives the creation of the content series from the pre-production stage (collaborating with key stakeholders), the production (coordinating shoots), and post-production (editing).

Responsibilities and duties

  • Collaborates with Strategy Lead in defining series strategy style, format, and production approach that would communicate in an entertaining and compelling way, the story of the humans behind FGH and their struggles and successes as they bring their visions of positive change into fruition 

  • Leads artistic and technical decisions in the production process that help ensure the series communicates its message (our mission: what we do, how we do it, and why we do it).

  • Drives and executes the production (pre, pro, post) of regular episodes and delivers assets ready for distribution to the Marketing Lead (video and podcast)

  • Works jointly with incubated brands to support them in the strategy and creation of their media

$22/hr, up to 40hrs a week.

Flexible Schedule.

Hybrid Position, filming location in Camas, WA; Pre and Post productions can be remote.
